Sheet piles, trench sheets

LARSSEN, PÁTRIA

Application area:

  • civil engineering works (foundations, trench shoring)
  • hydraulic engineering works
  • flood protection
  • mining and ports
  • road, railway and bridge construction

Steel sheet piles depending on production method, length and application can be divided into the below three classes:

  • for 4,3-6 m depth the standard, cold-rolled PÁTRIA piles with thickness 4-5 mm usually used for shoring
  • for 6-8 m depth cold-rolled piles with thickness 5-8 mm used for shoring or flood protection
  • for 6-24 m depth hot-rolled piles with thickness 8-12 mm, high strength Larssen sheet piles for hydraulic engineering (e.g. flood protection), transport infrastructure, civil engineering and environmental protection.

Most frequently used sections:

  • Cold-rolled, lightweight sheet piling sections: PÁTRIA, KL3/6, KL3/8, KD-types
  • Hot-rolled sheet piling sections Larssen: TKL601, TKL603, TKL604, TKL606

We provide U-section connectors for corners and junctions for sheet piling sections with Larssen interlock and corrosion protection (coatings or hot-dip galvanising) is available as extra. Single, double and triple piles, U-sections, Z-sections and box piles are available.

Hot-rolled pile sections can be ordered in steel grades according to EN 10248-1 standard as follows: S270GP, S355GP, S390GP, S430GP

We provide inspection certificate for the products.
